Welcome to Jubilee Collection. To place an order by phone please call 972-241-2425 between 9 a.m. - 5 p.m. CST Monday - Friday. Any messages left after hours will be returned the next business day. Please feel free to contact us anytime with questions or comments regarding products.


Payment Options:

We accept credit card payments from Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express. We also accept cashier checks and wire transfers.




1. Placement of Order Constitutes agreement of our shipping and return policies.

2. We ships via UPS, USPS and FedEx.

3. Product weight, size and quantity will dictate shipping method available at checkout.

4. Shipping rates may be estimated at any time by viewing your cart and selecting “calculate shipping”. Please note this is an estimate.

5. Please examine your products upon delivery, ensure no damage, missing components, wrong product colors, etc. Contact us immediately of any problems, leave your Full Name and Contact details along with a detail explanation of the problems identified.

6. Charges to your credit card will show up under Jubilee Collection or JAPS Websales, LLC

7. International Customers: We offer shipping worldwide, however, please contact us directly if you are outside the USA to determine if the products you are interested in are available for shipping outside of the USA. All customs and/or brokerage fees imposed by your country, carrier, or government are your responsibility.


If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return your unused product within 30 days of the original shipping date for an exchange or refund of the purchase price excluding shipping costs.  Items must be returned un-used and re-saleable as a new product. The original purchaser must call us for a return authorization number and shipping instructions. All return expenses, including shipping expenses, will at the original purchaser's account.

Re-pack the product in its original packaging and box if possible. Include a copy of your sales receipt with return authorization number, the reason for the return, and indicate whether you want an exchange, or refund.

For your protection we recommend that you ship your return back to us via UPS or US Postal Service with insure service. This protects you in case the shipment is damaged or lost in transit. This will also allow you to track return shipment easily through that carrier. We cannot assume responsibility for misdirected, damaged, or lost return shipments.  Address your return package to the address on our "Contact Us" page.


Since we attempt to ship orders within 24 hours, cancellation of an order must be received within 24 hours of the order being placed. Shipping, handling and freight charges will apply to all orders shipped prior to our receiving your cancellation. Please email or call 972-241-2425 to cancel an order.


Sales Tax:

No sales tax will be charged to delivery locations outside of the state of Texas.

Jubilee Collection is however required to collect 8.25% sales tax on all orders shipped to a Texas address.
